Delivery times and prices


Orders are shipped by Posti (Finnish postal service) and take 1-3 days to arrive in Finland. Tracking is included. Orders delivered internationally via DHL Express. If you have any questions regarding delivery times, don't hesitate to contact us. Please notice we have longer delivery time during July.

Please note that some items made for your order may take one to four weeks before shipping.  If you wish to know the exact delivery time for an item, please contact us directly. 

After ordering from our online shop you will receive order confirmation in your e-mail which also includes more information regarding the delivery time and method of delivery. 

Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 25,5%.

Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver via Priority mail. Orders are sent with tracking information.

Other EU countries - 20€ (DHL Express) 
Non-EU countries - 30€

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

International customers are responsible for their country's customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

Orders are sent via Posti (Finnish postal service) and abroad via DHL or Posti.
Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.

Shipping deadlines before Christmas

Please notice that if you would like to be sure that your order is in time before Christmas:

To ensure your order is delivered before December 24th, please place it at the latest:

December 5th countries outside European Union
December 15th countries inside European Union, including Finland


You can also pick up your order in Keski-Pomppu Studio & Showroom, Fleminginkatu 9 a 2, Helsinki. Please note that studio is open by appointment.

Orders made between 19.12.2024-6.1.2025 will start shipping after 7.1.2025

Please note that I handcraft all my jewelry in small series in my own studio, which means I take the time needed to create each piece with care. However, you can still place your order by the 15th to ensure your jewelry arrives in time for Christmas.




General information


If you´re not fully satisfied with our order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned. 

Before sending any returns, contact us by email paivi@keskipomppu.com

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded in domestic or international orders. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.

Law and Jurisdiction

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki

Payment

You can pay your order by credit card: Visa, Master Card. All credit card transactions are secure. Our credit card payments are powered by Stripe , secure and easy way to pay online. You can also pay with Applepay. 

At the studio, you can pay for your purchases by card. We also accept Klarna as a payment option, allowing you to choose the payment method that suits you best in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions. Please note that Klarna is only available for purchases made directly at the studio and is not an option for payments in the online store.

Privacy policy

Keski-Pomppu will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties. We only demand the customers information essential to ordering of and billing for our products. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are required to confirm the orders and contact the customer in case of possible problem situations.

Availability of products

All the products available can be seen in the web shop. If there are simultaneous orders, some products may be sold out, even if the website does not show it. If your payment has been registered in our system and we cannot deliver your order, we will return your payment and notify you by email.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
